Hi I'm Erica Nix! I'm an Austin based photographer with over 10 years of wedding photography experience. For the last 2 years I've worked under the umbrella of Whitney Lee Photography. Recently I've started Cheap Ass Headshots and Austin Queer Weddings. Both of these projects are personal.
As an artist myself, I think it's important to give other artist opportunities to better their future. I also have a lot of experience documenting artist work through Art House-AMOA.
Being queer myself, I love documenting weddings in my gay community. I also identify with the difficulities that GLBT members deal with when making such a union. We call it FAMILY for a reason!
